    I was at a table of 4 and the service was exquisite! It was an “all you can eat” type of dinner and the food was delicious, the grilled meat supply was also endless. I had a 5 star experience and I’ll definitely be back pretty soon.

    Located in south Edmonton with plenty of parking. We were welcomed as soon as we entered and seated for dinner. They operate with a salad bar buffet style while servers bring around different types and cuts of meat from chorizo (sausage), chicken and other meats. The meats are cooked on a sword like stick and they cut you off whatever you want fresh from the sword. You're best to just take a sample as servers continuously make their rounds all night with many types to try. By the 6th round we were stuffed, But it was then they bring around a roasted pineapple on a sword coated in cinnamon sugar to end your meal. It was delicious and gave me ideas for my BBQ! The cheese bread was to die for and Creme Brule as well. The service was excellent, friendly staff and the bathrooms were clean. We would definitely return again.

    AMAZING INCREDIBLE five stars are not enough for the most delicious salad bar and all the coming out of the grill meat and you can eat. A SUPERB service from all staff from the front desk to waitress and the people that came around with the different meats beef, chicken, pork, sausages etc etc. Very nice and impressive dessert with a candle and written happy birthday Thank you to Nicole our waitress for all her suggestions. Lunch starts at a very reasonable prices. It was so delicious that I eat enough for today.

    We had a great team outing at Pampa Ellerslie location where ARMAAN and his coworkers accommodated us throughout the evening serving all the different meats. They were quick to respond to our requests of any meats which we wanted to try again. Amazing food and really good service.

    Celebrated my birthday tonight at Pampa’s with family. Our server Louie was beyond friendly, as well as the other servers that helped us. Very kind and nice conversation was much appreciated. Was a lovely experience!

    We had such a delightful experience at this location. Food was fantastic. Kudos to KC and Racquel as they did an incredible job accommodating us the entire evening, not to mention the great personality and kindness from start to finish. Loved the tranquil and romantic ambiance of the restaurant. A birthday dinner well spent.

    Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse is hands down my favorite restaurant, and tonight’s experience only confirmed why we keep coming back every time we’re in Edmonton. Our server, Luiz, was absolutely fantastic — warm, personable, and truly made us feel like valued guests. He ensured we had everything we needed and even went the extra mile by coordinating with the meat servers so we could try the options we hadn’t had yet. The service was seamless from start to finish. As always, the meats were incredible — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and brought around frequently so we were never left waiting. We especially appreciated being able to request specific meats from their selection of 14, and having them brought over promptly. The cold buffet is excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. We always go back for the cheese buns, salads, and roasted potatoes — they pair so well with the meats. Tonight we also tried the Brazilian lemonade for the first time and loved how light, fresh, and well-balanced it was with the meal. Even though the restaurant was fairly full, it didn’t feel crowded or noisy, and the atmosphere remained relaxed and stylish. Everything was very clean, and there were no delays in service despite the number of guests. Pampas consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience — it’s a must-visit every time we’re in the city!

    the atmosphere was amazing, and the food never disappoints! our favourites were the spicy steak and the top sirloin. raquelle was our server and she gave us great service. she was always there to anticipate our needs and made us feel welcome! the boys who served our food were also very very kind and hardworking!
